Returns & Refunds

Any unused or unopened products can be returned to us, in its original packaging within 14 days of invoice, minus any shipping costs. If an item has been incorrectly shipped then the shipping charge will be refunded. 

There will be no refunds for any items that have been opened. 

If an item has been delivered damaged, please take pictures and email them to us at sales@core-x.co.uk within 5 working days of delivery. We will not accept any claims for damaged items after this time.
